    dog  ise   Dutchess, Reno, ...
    dogz isany Dutchess, Reno, ...  is any dog
    dogs isall Dutchess, Reno, ...  is all dog

we can now ask: what is the meaning of
    dogz has fleas
    dogs has fleas

and the answer is
    any Dutchess, Reno, ... has fleas
    all Dutchess, Reno, ... has fleas

or, in other words, both statements mean
    every unit/instance/concrete has fleas
